NZRF Contract Management Site Review Checklist: The purpose of this checklist is to provide a basis for assessment during site reviews. The Site Supervision Checklist includes a number of industry calculations relating to the application rates of various materials, and applicator capability. To assist contract supervisors we have included two versions of the Checklist.
The first is a reference set, which includes worked examples of industry calculations. This also provides links to excel spreadsheet calculations models, which can be downloaded and used by supervising engineers.
The second is a ‘clean’ set for recording observations, when conducting supervision.
