The T 8 Certificate is in Word format. If you have difficulty accessing the file you can request an email version by clicking here.
There are set fields throughout this form allowing you to enter text data into them. You can click to the right (or in the box) near each heading and the cursor will change allowing you to type. It may be easier to move between fields by using use your TAB key. Pressing TAB will move from field to field allowing you to enter information in the appropriate place.
